Nelson S. Martell
Attorney Nelson S. Martell works with our business clients, focusing on Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Construction, Corporate, and Intellectual Property practice areas.
Nelson assists individuals and corporations of all sizes with various legal matters from buying and selling businesses to drafting and negotiating leases to managing accounts receivables throughout the country. Nelson uses his legal and business experience to help clients meet expected challenges and prepare for unexpected events with an aim to strategically minimize risk.
Nelson attended St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin for his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, and earned his law degree at the Northern Illinois University College of Law in DeKalb, Illinois, where he received a Dean’s Scholarship throughout school.
Nelson is actively involved as a volunteer for Advocates for Education of Whitefish Bay, and he is a past volunteer attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Milwaukee. When not practicing law, Nelson enjoys spending time with his family.
