Brittany A. Nicholls
Attorney Brittany Nicholls is an attorney at myHRcounsel, which provides timely legal access to our clients nationwide. Through our team of attorneys, myHRcounsel has established a go-to help desk for our clients no matter the legal issue involved. Brittany frequently advises clients in several areas of the law, with a focus on employment and labor law. Brittany is dedicated to resolving her clients’ legal questions.
Prior to joining WFJ, Brittany worked for a legal research and publications company researching all areas of the law, with a special focus toward Intellectual Property and Securities. Previously, she worked in government assisting Minnesota consumers and residents with a variety of consumer and family law issues. In law school, Brittany represented clients as a Student Attorney in the William Mitchell College of Law Legal Planning Clinic for Tax-Exempt Organizations and Low-Income Clients.
Brittany is an avid volunteer. She consults on legislation, operates legal clinics, and provides community education at World Without Genocide, a human rights non-profit based in St. Paul. She has been honored for her volunteer work, receiving the 2011 President’s Student Leadership Award through Minnesota Campus Compact and a Public Service Certificate from the Minnesota Justice Foundation, and was a finalist for the 2012 Student of Merit Award at William Mitchell College of Law.
Brittany has lived abroad several times and travels extensively. She enjoys studying languages, running, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog.
