Bradley D. Hauswirth
Bradley D. Hauswirth is a shareholder at WFJ and handles a variety of civil cases including personal injury, wrongful death, professional/medical malpractice, insurance/bad faith claims, commercial/contract disputes, construction disputes, and employment issues. Brad has been selected and invited into Fellowship of the Litigation Counsel of America, a limited membership representing less than one-half of one percent of American attorneys. Brad holds an AV-rating by Martindale-Hubbell and is nationally certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Brad also is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers, an invitation-only group which honors attorneys based on their superior qualifications, trial results and leadership.
Brad has been named a Rising Star and Super-Lawyer (top 5% of attorneys) for multiple years through Minnesota Law & Politics’ peer survey and selection process. He has tried over 100 jury trials and has handled hundreds of arbitrations and mediations.
